Our multiple CNC Sawing and CNC Drilling machines can process the full range of steel sections for your projects with excellent lead times and accredited superior quality. Whether it is beams, columns, hollow sections, angles, channels or special sections, they can all be processed to NSSS tolerances and higher as per your exact requirements.
Working in collaboration with your supplied NC data, our specialised technical team can nest and allocate your material (free issue or full supply) for best yield, against erectable phases or sequential lots to suit your workshop and site schedules.
Our technical team can use provided NC data (DSTV or XML) to automatically programme, which is both cost effective and time efficient. Alternatively, other formats (DWG or DXF) can be manually programmed in-house and added to your estimate if that’s a requirement of your contract.

Both our CNC Sawing Machine and CNC Drilling machine have multiple time saving features such as layout marking and milled access holes. SC4 also has a HD Plasma Plate Processor and can provide a fittings package along with your structural steel sections. If your contract requires bespoke or an adapted process our technical team will review your needs and help build a strategy that can be built into your estimate.
