Our Technical & Sales Director Shay, and RWC Wes (Responsible Welding Coordinator), have combined 65 years’ experience in the steel industry and are on hand to provide input into your steel projects, ensuring the production is viable and cost effective without compromising on the quality critical components and construction of each project.

We accept files in NC DSTV or STEP. Our customers processing jobs are programmed from the office by our experienced members of staff, which means files are interrogated prior to production to flag up any anomalies and avoid costly errors further down the line after production.

We can offer TEE dimensions to meet your requirements, whether that’s centre splitting from a standard column/beam/European section or off-centre splits and flanges trimmed to achieve bespoke size TEEs. Up to and including 22m lengths.

Yes we straighten all TEE sections as standard when providing split TEEs within +/- 3mm.

Yes we offer on both a full supply or a free issue basis, or a mixture of both. For example, when subcontracting a fabrication package to us many of our customers prefer to supply the main material and for us to supply the fittings. We provide the flexibility of either or a mixture of both to suit your requirements.

Often companies see subcontracting as an additional resource drain on an already demanding project. It is true that we will charge the going rate for the work we are doing, but at the same time, we provide additional capacity to help you achieve deadlines, backed up by our years of experience and free advice to solve any issues, saving you time and money further down the line.

We endeavour to respond to quotations within 2-4 hours of receiving your enquiry and provide a quotation on first response where applicable. More complex enquiries will be responded to on the same day, we will liaise with you and keep you updated until we provide a complete quotation

We are an SME, agile enough to meet your requirements. Whether it is a last-minute contract or a tender for the following quarter, we will proactively work with you to meet your requirements.

We have frequently carried out jobs where projects require robust security measures because of the sensitive information of the data and / or overall application it is going to into.

We establish a clear commitment upfront on completion dates and give regular assurance throughout the process that this is on track to be achieved.

Yes our qualified inspectors and RWC Wes carry out 100% visual and MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) to NSSS or 1090 in house. We provide ultrasonic inspection by an accredited third party.

Yes we are accredited to Execution class 4 – please see certifications on our website. Execution class 4 comprises all structural components with extreme consequences for people and/or the environment in the event of failure.
