SC4 Fabrication

To ensure your project is completed to specification and schedule, we only employ time served and multi-skilled fabricators and welders. Meaning you will always have a specialist team of experts working on your project.

SC4 are an accredited steel fabrication facility and certified to BS EN 1090-1/2 up to Execution Class 4 (highest level possible class / level of quality control). All structural steel products produced here are UKCA Marked.

A Total Solution For Fabrication

All steel fabrication and welding at SC4 is conducted using BS EN ISO 3834-2. This is a Welding Quality Management System that requires specialist management, personnel and procedures. We have developed a suite of weld procedures, employ highly skilled qualified welders to BS EN 9606-1 and oversee projects with our own in-house Responsible Weld Coordinator (RWC). Additionally, we have a robust Quality Assurance process that enables us to offer full traceability and control over the fabrication quality.

All this enables SC4 to deliver your project to a high standard whilst maintaining an efficient turnaround time.
