SC4 Plate Fittings

SC4s CNC plate fittings machinery processes 5mm – 80mm thicknesses up to and including 3m x 6m sheet sizes. It handles light to heavy plate for thermal cutting, marking, drilling, tapping, milling and bevelling, with unprecedented productivity and accuracy. All of our steel plate is sourced from approved mills and carry full certification, meaning you always receive the highest quality material for your project.

Working in collaboration with your supplied NC data, our technical team can nest and allocate your material (free issue or full supply) for best yield, against erectable phases or sequential lots to suit your workshop and site schedules.

Our technical team can use provided NC data (DSTV or XML) to automatically programme which is both cost effective and time efficient. Other formats (DWG or DXF) can be manually programmed in-house and added to your estimate if that’s a requirement of your contract.
